ROLE AND   RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ensure planning reflects the needs and stages of development of students in your class. Enhance areas of learning and plan for challenge and support where necessary.

  • Ensure that   learning is at the centre of planning and resource management. Plan for learning outcomes, not activities.

  • Ensure a consistent and continuous focus on studentslearning, using IEYC Learning Principles and EYFS Guiding Principles as evidence to monitor progress in every child's learning

  • Support and promote the school to parents and the wider community.  Maintain co-operative, supportive professional relationships with the entire school community

  • Work productively within your class team, year group team and Early Years team for the benefit of teaching and learning and continuing professional development

  • Provide regular formal and informal information to parents of children in your class

  • Adhere to the school policies and procedures.

  • Attend regular year group and team meetings, contributing fully and sharing good practice

  • Develop best practice by familiarizing oneself with the Trinity Early Years Teacher quality   standards policy document.  Use the teacher, self-reflection and feedback tool to monitor one own performance management.

  • Participate in review meetings and lesson observations to support the development of teaching and learning

  • Be responsible for the health and safety and Safeguarding of students

  • Establish medium term plans for themes throughout the academic year. Ensuring coverage and   inclusion of international aspects

  • Be an effective role model regarding behavior and expectations, effectively following the behavior policy of the school

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  

 

  • Degree in Teaching or Degree and Teaching qualification/certificate

  • The ability and commitment to be outstanding classroom teachers in the required age group,   usually with a minimum teaching experience of 2 years.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the IEYC curriculum and the EYFS curriculum (Desirable)

  • Excellent inter-personal skills with students, teachers and parents.

  • Excellent administrative, organizational and ICT skills.

  • Ability to communicate accurately and fluently in spoken and written English

  • Commitment to progressive, play-based learning experiences for young children.

  • Create a highly inspiring, inviting learning environment that promotes independence and resilience

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • A Teacher Assistant is responsible for supporting the teacher and assisting in the management of the class by providing a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged and individuality   respected.

  • Support the classroom teaching in ensuring a consistent and continuous focus on students' learning, using IEYC Learning Principles and EYFS Guiding Principles as evidence to monitor progress in every child’s learning

  • Work productively within your class team, year group team and Early Years team for the benefit of teaching and learning and continuing professional development

  • Support the class teacher in providing regular formal and informal information to parents of children in your class. Direct developmental concerns of any student to the class teacher.

  • Adhere to the school policies and procedures.

  • Attend regular year group and team meetings, contributing fully and sharing good practice.

  • Develop best practice by familiarizing oneself with the Trinity Early Years Teaching Assistant quality   standards policy document.  Use the Teaching Assistant, self-reflection and feedback tool to monitor one own performance management.

Job Responsibilities

Overview:

概述

广州圣心国际幼稚园,由广州圣心教育投资有限公司全资创办,旨在为2-6岁学龄前儿童提供国际课程教育。学校采用英国国立幼儿园基础阶段课程(EYFS)、英国国际幼儿课程(IEYC),结合中国家庭需要,采用中文和英文双语教学,让孩子们在幼儿阶段为未来的公立课程或者国际学校学习做好充分的准备。

 

Principal Responsibilities:

主要职责

1、负责制定并组织实施幼儿园的整体发展规划和运营决策;

2、负责全园的日常运营管理工作(综合运营、后勤管理、安全管理),包括筹划开园、招聘、各项日常行政事务,贯彻各项管理规定;

3、协助国际课程本地化,平衡中西方文化和课程差异,协调中西方员工关系。

4、协调与社区、政府部门、协作单位的关系,以完成开园前幼儿园各项硬件和软件准备,保证幼儿园正常运营;

5、对幼儿园的财务管理工作负责,合理控制成本费用;

6、负责处理家长投诉事项与突发事件,以合理的反馈和解决相应问题,提升家长满意度;

7、负责园内后勤人员的建设管理,包括人员选拔、评估考核、培训等,构建优质后勤队伍;

8、负责配合集团及学校战略决策,执行对外宣传、展示、互动等大型活动。

9、其他领导交办的任务

 

Job Qualification:

任职条件

1、35-45岁,学前教育或幼教相关专业,具有幼儿园教育资格证书、园长资格证;

2、5年及以上从业经验,3年以上国际幼儿园园长工作经验,有创办新园经验或高端民办园者优先考虑;

3、具有独立开展工作的能力,协调能力强,能独立承担园区筹建的各项工作和熟悉证照办理各项流程;

4、英语熟练流利,熟悉跨文化交流,有海外留学背景优先考虑。

5、对国际课程有深入了解,有IEYC、EYFS或IB幼儿园管理经验。
