Ensure weekly and monthly RM reports are submitted by the required deadline
Attend current client and prospect clients meeting
Understand and have specific knowledge of the complete ¡°menu¡± of services offered by Asian Tigers in Records Management
Advise Management of recommended changes or additions to improve services offered and the efficiency of RM business unit
Attend Networking events to expand your base of potential clients and contacts and represent Asian Tigers in a professional and proper manner at all times
Address any and all special tasks or duties related to sales, account management, or any business development as from time to time may be assigned
Ensure all sales call data is input into MMS on a regular basis and up-date any other account details where & when required
Must maintain detailed records of all sales and activities and expenses
Must work as a member of the team, lead in some instances, follow in others, and be willing to contribute whatever is necessary to advance our initiatives and business interests and to help others to do the same
Maintain a strategic plan for all accounts under your domain, including leveraging existing business into exclusive contracts, and expanding the menu of services that we provide to any particular account
Act as the point of contact for all assigned accounts and coordinate all requests with other members of the team in all other divisions as necessary
Follow the pricing policies and tariffs as dictated by management and ensure you have his approval for discounts or prices that deviate from those tariffs
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all accounts under your purview
Ensure that we maintain our account base by ensuring that we do not lose accounts as measured by yearly (or quarterly) comparison reports
Sell the complete menu of services to new potential accounts and revisit our past & current accounts to sell our services or to renew contracts
A minimum of 6 (six) quality sales calls are to be scheduled and visited every week
Collect and collate data on the accounts that allows us to qualify accounts and include in the sales strategy for any particular period
Request feedback from the customers both positive and negative and share this feedback with all relevant parties in our organization so that we can continuously improve our services
Act in the best interests of the company while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and honesty in dealing with accounts
Generate new leads through cold calling and networking techniques
Identifying key decision makers in potential client businesses
Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation
Maintain absolute focus on organizational objectives to establish growth through cross selling of services
Set progressive targets that reflect sustainable growth year on year
Achieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time frame
Deliver exceptional proposals, presentations, RFPs and other client facing presentations
Ownership of the end-to-end business development process
Hosting client events and attending Client Focused exhibitions in the region as required
Communicate effectively with team members / department managers, providing support to achieve company targets
