B2B Sales Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  1. Identify and establish connections with potential travel agency partners through phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, and other methods.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate cooperation terms.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agency partners.
  2. Organize the onboarding and integration processes for new partners.
  3. Provide ongoing support and training on the company’s products and services.
  • Market Analysis
  1. Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics.
  2. Explore new opportunities in the tourism industry.
  3. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the tourism industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales plans.
  • In-depth understanding of travel products.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
