His passion for personal development still sits with the Youth, being a father of a teenage boy, it’s important that he makes advisory accessible to them, and more important access to mental health support, which caused him to launch the BMC (www.betterme.community) – a tooling platform those that find it hard to speak-up and speak-out. Being a certified CBT Practitioner and Behaviour Coach allows him to speak to teenagers and their parents to support them mental wellness and well-being. Will is also a co-founder of the LAWS (Learning and Wellness Support) group in South China; support the education sector to learn more about mental health.
