For the past nine years, as General Manager of Residence G Shenzhen, she has led the conceptualization, design, and launch of this international hotel, bringing a French touch to Nanshan, Shenzhen.

Prior to China, she spent 23 years across Southeast Asia and Africa, honing expertise in culturally diverse environments while ensuring teams adopt international standards for long-term success. Blandine is Vice Chair European Chamber South China and Chair of the Britcham Women in Business Club.
