Frangelica Liang is a seasoned marketing & communications professional, with 29 years solid MNC experiences and expertise in brand management, public relations, integrated marketing communications, retail marketing, CRM, research & insights, business strategy, organization development, and talent development.
Majored in International Trade, her career started from Ketchum-Newscan PR Guangzhou with FedEx & Boeing as her main clients. She joined BAT in end 1997, from regional marketing coordination, channel management, to brand marketing, she’s trained to be an all-rounded marketer in BAT China. Her last role in BAT China was Marketing Development Manager in charge of Procurement, Merchandising Development, Horeca Channel, Organization Development & Training, and Marketing Management Trainees program.
Franglica joined Ogilvy PR as Guangzhou office head in 2007, and later Managing Director of Ogilvy Group Guangzhou for over 7 years until her department in June 2023. She built strong crisis management, corporate PR, marketing PR & IMC team & capabilities in Ogilvy PR Guangzhou. She led the Ogilvy Guangzhou team building strong expertise and cases in brand strategy, IMC, PR, advertising, digital transformation and China outbound PR & marketing services. She also supported the successful founding of the first Content Force hub in Guangzhou for Ogilvy China. In her 16+ years career in Ogilvy, her footprint covered vast industries from fast moving consumer goods, food & beverage, household appliance, luxury goods, automobile, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, financial service, commercial real estate & retail, infrastructure, NGO, to new technologies and DTC new consumer brands. With her leadership, Ogilvy Guangzhou has been recognized by China Effie, SABRE Awards, China 4A Creative Awards, China Advertising Great-wall Awards and Public Service Advertisement Grand Prix, ROI Awards, LongXi Creative Awards, TAPA Awards, China Content Marketing Awards.
She’s now a Senior Brand & Strategy Advisor, focusing on brand strategy, new way of marketing, PR, IMC, organization development and talent coaching. In her leisure time, she loves to spend time in studying philosophy, history, traditional Chinese culture, and contributing to greener environment & creating more job opportunities for the society.
