Lily Shen is the General Manager and Center Director of HSBC Global Service Centre China (GSC China). She leads a team of over 10,000 professionals based in Guangzhou and Foshan, blending strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in technology, business and operations.
The GSC is an integral part of HSBC GSC network to deliver top-tier financial support to business entities in HSBC Group globally. Lily’s leadership is anchored in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence, driven by a deep passion for people management and a steadfast commitment to excellence with her 20+ year wide spectrum experiences across retail and wholesale banking operations, corporate communications, global projects and customer centric services and sales.
Outside of work, Lily is a mother of a grown-up daughter and a teenager son.
