Vikalp Jadav Vadathya (Dr. Neil) is the founder and director of the International Health Care Unit (IHCU) at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital; vice director of Zen Premium Medical Center at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital; general manager of the Fosun Health International Cooperation Department, Greater Bay Area; and international business assistant to the CEO of Fosun Health.
He holds an MS degree in otolaryngology.
As director of the International Health Care Unit (IHCU) at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, and in my various leadership roles, I am eager to contribute meaningfully to the British Chamber’s Executive Committee, particularly in expanding its healthcare initiatives and fostering greater collaboration between healthcare providers and Chamber members.
In my role at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, I have overseen the growth and strategic development of the IHCU, which provides world-class healthcare services to a diverse patient base, including expatriates, high-end self-paying clients and international visitors. Under my leadership, the IHCU has treated more than 20,000 international patients from over 100 countries, building a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
With a patient satisfaction score exceeding 96 percent, the unit has also forged direct billing agreements with more than 25 major international insurance providers, ensuring seamless access to premium medical care for insured clients. These accomplishments reflect our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and personalized service.
In addition to my responsibilities at the IHCU, I serve as the business assistant to the CEO of Fosun Health and as general manager of the International Department for the Greater Bay Area (GBA). These roles involve significant contributions to the strategic growth of healthcare accessibility and innovation in the GBA, driving initiatives that benefit local and international communities.
