This year we are delighted to be supported by Infocus. The designers took inspiration from the most iconic characters from different eras, combining it with British Day’s features.

British culture, enriched over time, radiates a timeless charm that bridges the classic and the contemporary. From Newton’s apple to Turing’s code-breaking machine, from Dickens’ foggy London to Bowie’s starlit melodies—the theme “Time Blitz” captures this dynamic dialogue across eras.
The key visual revolves around a “time tunnel”, rendered with perspective composition and cyberpunk aesthetics. Icons such as steam airships, Charlie Chaplin, Newton, robots, and Shakespeare are woven together, merging symbols from the British Enlightenment, the Industrial Revolution, and the digital age. This dramatic collage visualises the idea that “the past lifts the future, while the future looks back at the past” — a concept central to Time Blitz.
英国文化在时间的流逝中积淀，于经典与当代皆焕发着永恒的魅力。从牛顿的苹果到图灵的密码机，从狄更斯的雾都到鲍伊的星光之歌。时间闪击（Time Blitz）这一主题，正是对这场跨越时空对话的捕捉。

Easy Tiger is a 4-piece international Rock band from Guangzhou, China. The band formed with this lineup in 2022 from a collection of musically like minded musicians who met through the Guangzhou music scene and who all just couldn’t get enough 60’s soul, 70’s hard rock, punk and funk. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses catchy riffs and groovy rhythm with walls of harmonies and high octane performances that will make you want to go straight to 11 with them.
Easy Tiger 是⼀⽀来⾃中国⼴州的四⼈国际摇滚乐队。他们由⼀群在⼴州热爱⾳乐的⾳乐⼈组成，乐队在 2022 年以这样的阵容成立。他们都对 60 年代的灵魂乐、70 年代的硬摇滚、朋克和放克乐情有独钟。他们独特的⾳乐⻛格融合了朗朗上⼝的弦乐和欢快的节奏，以及和声墙和⾼亢的表演，会让你不由⾃主地想和他们⼀起直到表演结束。

About Hopeful Hearts
关于“心的希望”
Hopeful Hearts is a non-profit charity run by local Chinese and expatriate volunteers with the aim of raising funds to provide lifesaving heart surgeries for children from low-income Chinese families.
The charity was created in 2003 in Nanjing, and we now have additional teams in Chengdu (created in 2009) and Guangzhou (created in 2012).
“心的希望”是由在华国际友人和中国志愿者共同组成的志愿者团队。我们的目标是唤醒社会慈善意识以及筹款，来帮助中国低收入家庭孩子接受心脏病手术。
团队于 2003 年成立于南京，目前还有成都团队（2009 年成立）及广州（2012年成立）同时运作。
How we started
成立
In November 2002, two ladies in Nanjing Helen and Mira found an abandoned baby on the side of the road. They named him ‘Loetje’. Sadly, he did not survive due to a heart defect. Hopeful Hearts was founded in his memory.
2002 年 11 月，两位外国友人在南京街头发现了一个弃婴，他们给他取名为“Loetje”。很不幸的是他先天心脏病严重且未救治及时而夭折。“心的希望”就此成立来纪念这名男婴。
Partnerships with specialized hospitals

We have partnerships and receive cases from the Women and Children’s Hospital of Guangdong, and the Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital, both specialize in cardiac surgery.
我们先后同广东省妇幼保健院番禺分院，广东省人民医院签订了合作协议，接受两院推荐的病例。
Ways of fundraising
筹款渠道
Hopeful Hearts raises funds by organizing events, selling merchandise and working together with supporting partners. We organize various social fundraising parties and tours. We attend bazaars and fairs selling Hopeful Hearts merchandise and offering activities for kids.
Donations are our main source of revenue. We receive generous donations from international and local schools, community social groups, local businesses as well as individuals. If an organization supports us, we can specify exactly which cases it will have supported. This can be advertised within its network/community and will give a ‘name and face’ to donations.
Of all the funds raised by Hopeful Hearts, 96% is used solely for the medical costs of the children supported. 4% is used to cover administration costs by the Amity Foundation.
“心的希望“通过组织活动，售卖义卖品筹款，同时也同赞助商保持紧密合作。平日里我们组织不同主题的聚会或短途旅行获得门票收入，或参加市集售卖商品，亦或在学校市集上提供儿童娱乐活动。
社会捐款是我们收入的主要来源。国际学校和本地学校，企业及个人都给予我们十分慷慨的捐款。企业或组织捐款达到一定数额者，我们通常可以指定其全额资助某一台手术，这样可以形成一个直观的印象，也便于将项目信息纳入企业或个人慈善项目的一部分。
“心的希望“收到的所有善款，有 96%直接用于帮助患儿心脏病手术费用，仅 4%用于支付“爱德基金会”的管理费用。
