Job Title: Sales Manager

About the job:

Location: Residence G Shenzhen, Nanshan district

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at Residence G, you will be responsible for developing, managing sales accounts and achieving sales targets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales action plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales accounts to achieve individual sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: RMB 11,000-14,000/month
