Loric Wang is a multicultural relationship management and communications professional with a deep background in international trade networks, corporate event management, and member services.
Loric’s global perspective is rooted in a 12-year journey in New Zealand, where she lived, studied, and worked. This extended international experience culminated in a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Auckland, providing her with a strong academic foundation in organisational behaviour and market strategies. Transitioning into the professional sphere, Loric served as the Events and Communications Coordinator for Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA). In this role, she acted as one of the primary points of contact for a network of over 400 corporate entities and industry partners, managing end-to-end logistics for major national events and networking portfolios. These 12 years in New Zealand refined her ability to navigate cross-cultural business landscapes and drive meaningful community engagement.
Bringing this wealth of international expertise back to China, Loric is fully trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, positioning her perfectly to act as a bridge across global corporate ecosystems.
In her role as Membership Services Manager at the British Chamber of Commerce South China, Loric will lead strategic membership development and retention initiatives across the region. Leveraging her background in corporate liaison work, she is tasked with optimising service delivery, cultivating high-value stakeholder relationships, and organising high-impact networking portfolios that add tangible value to the Chamber’s growing network of members.
