I am currently the Academic Deputy Head and a Sociology Teacher at Shenzhen College of International Education (SCIE) where I have taught since 2014. Prior to this I was head of Social Sciences in Blenheim High School, Epsom, UK. I am also on the Cambridge International Educationprofessional development board and a staff trainer. I was on the conference planning committee for the inaugural leadership conference for NESSIC (Network for enriching students and schools in China)
I have presented at conferences on leading professional development in several countries including for Fobisia (Federation of British International schools in Asia). In my role as Vice Chair of the Education Working Group, I have moderated several webinars and organised several events in Shenzhen.
